Redhanded is an agency that creates meaningful connections between brands and people. Our aim is to make small brands feel big and big brands feel personal. It's what we call: 'Famously Local'.

Everything we do is centred around an unwavering dedication to authenticity. We're looking for graduates who share our passion, and that think creatively as we work to solve some of the biggest marketing and communications problems for our clients. We're going to throw you in the deep end! At Redhanded you'll get first-hand experience working with project management, creative, media, digital, social, production and strategy. In fact, you'll experience every facet of how a full-service communications agency works.

You'll also get to glimpse the other side - with a 6-week rotation with The Weekly Times. It will be your exclusive, front row seat at one of the world's largest communications companies, News Corp.

Task two2
Our aim at Redhanded is to make brands Famously Local – to make small brands feel big and big brands feel personal. Your task is to identify a brand that you think doesn’t live up to this philosophy, tell us why, and how you would creatively solve this problem, so they too can become Famously Local.

We’re looking for someone with an interest in advertising, keenness for learning, and a connection to local community (whatever shape or form this may take). So, if this sounds like you, you’re indeed eligible.
This is a full-time position starting in February and running to October 2019. The salary for the role will be $41,000 per annum inclusive of superannuation.
We’re in the game of developing talent that will add value to us and our industry, and in previous years most graduates have been offered permanent positions.
Starting mid-February at Redhanded, you’ll get to see how a full-service advertising agency works, rotating through project management, creative, digital, media and strategy. You will also have the opportunity to spend 6 weeks of the Rads graduate program with The Weekly Times.
We’re not looking for people with any specific background. Instead, we want people who can think creatively and have a genuine interest in the advertising industry and the people we’re communicating with. So, show us you’re smart, can communicate well, enjoy being busy and can think on your feet.
